Marguerite Cyr was the first president of the Shawnee Girl Scout Council from 1963-1965. A respected community leader, Marguerite touched the lives of many through her work at Girl Scouts and the American Red Cross. As a talented artist, today she continues to make the world a beautiful place. Happy Birthday Marguerite Cyr.
