Girl Scouts Deliver Toys

Support WHUR Radio Toy Drive   

Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital supported WHUR 96.3’s annual Children’s Toy Drive this year, by collecting new unwrapped toys. Girl Scout Troop 5608 representing the council delivered the toys to the Iverson Mall in Maryland on Saturday December 8, 2012. The toys will be given to children at the YMCA, United Communities against Poverty and Central Union Mission.
