The Washington DC Girls World Expo was held Saturday January 5, 2013 at the Washington Convention Center from 11am-4pm. The one-day, fun-filled Expo where young women have an opportunity to explore different college and career choices with the help of mentors and experts in those fields, learn how to create a healthy body image through good food and exercise choices, unlock the secrets of staying safe online and in life, and hear success stories from creative women leaders representing a wide variety of professions.
