This year’s Annual Meeting “Soaring Into the Next Century” will be held on April 13, 2013 at the National Conference Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Registration will open at 8am. The Meeting will begin at 9:30am.

All delegates and alternates must be registered in advance of the meeting and by 11:59pm on Thursday, April 11 to be seated as delegates for the meeting.
