National Volunteer Appreciation Week

April 6-12

Girl Scout Leader's Day

April 6 – 12, 2014 is National Volunteer Appreciation Week with a special Girl Scout  Leader's Day on April 22.

This is the perfect opportunity to say thanks, whether you're a Girl Scout with amazing leaders, a leader who wants to recognize the hard work of fellow volunteers or a parent who is grateful for the caring adults involved in their daughters’ life.

Our volunteers come from many different areas and walks of life, and help in so many different ways. But no matter where you’re from or what you do across our Council, one fact remains: Girl Scouts wouldn’t be Girl Scouts without your help.

Our girls learn valuable lessons from their leaders and Girl Scout volunteers—lessons they will take with them as they grow into successful women leaders.

Thank you!
