What is Strategic Learning?

Strategic Learning is a learning-based process for creating and implementing breakthrough strategies. Developed by Willie Pietersen, professor of Practice Management at Columbia Business School, the process has four linked steps – learn, focus, align and execute – which build on one another and are repeated in a continuous cycle.
