The challenge courses will remain closed through Fall 2020. High
adventure reservations can be made beginning August 21 at 9 AM.

Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital has developed COVID-19 Guidelines for
all High Adventure Activities. If your troop plans to participate in a
high adventure activity at one of our camp properties, you must fully
review and adhere to these guidelines. Questions can be sent to email@example.com.
Paddlesports (Canoe and Kayak) Guidelines
As of May 18, 2020, Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital camp
properties are closed until further notice. Camp properties should not
be accessed by any person during this suspension, including for day
visits. All Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital Camp Properties are planning
to reopen for September reservations, starting June 15. This includes
all high adventure activities and troop camping.
The Council is currently working on procedures and capacity
reductions to decrease the risk of exposure to COVID-19. These updates
will be released prior to June 15.
Reservations can be made for September 12-15 starting June 15. After
June 15, additional reservations will open exactly three months in
advance as normal (reservations starting on September 16 will open
June 16, etc.). Reservations will open up at 3 PM for overnight
camping and the start time of the reservation for Day Use and High
Adventure. To make a reservation once they have opened, please visit
this page of our website.
