Act III of Sleeping Beauty opens with a grand celebration for Princess Aurora and Prince Désiré’s engagement. The royal court is filled with joyous dancing, including appearances by fairy tale characters like Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood. The act culminates in a beautiful pas de deux between Aurora and Désiré, symbolizing their love and the triumph of good over evil. The ballet concludes with a festive celebration, marking the restoration of peace and harmony in the kingdom.
Other Works will include excerpts from Paquita performed by our Youth Ensemble and Company dancers, Gottschaulk’s Tarantella performed by our Company dancers, and a new work to be revealed at the show!
Seating is general admission. Enter code "SLEEP24" at checkout to receive our special Girl Scout price of $20.00 per ticket. Girl Scouts will receive a special Fairfax Ballet performance patch and rocker for each scout and a special meet-and-greet with company dancers after the show!
