In this 2.5-hour workshop facilitated by a resident in mental health counseling, Cadettes get a chance to learn research-backed tools that support habits of cultivating joy and happiness in everyday life! They will also conduct their own happiness experiment and walk away with a personal happiness plan.
This workshop will hit on several required steps for the Science of Happiness badge, and Scouts will have a chance to complete the badge post-workshop with minimal work.
