The Montgomery County Master Gardeners present Garden Discovery Day (formerly Children’s Day) on Saturday, September 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
“We are calling all budding naturalists, gardeners and outdoor enthusiasts aged K-12 to discover nature, gardening, and so much more,” says Chair Terri Valenti. “This is a great opportunity for Girl Scouts to earn merit badges.” Valenti says merit badge counselors will be in attendance at the fairgrounds.
