Juniors will learn how to use the Design Thinking Process to solve real-world problems. First, Scouts will design an emergency shelter in response to a natural disaster of their choice. Then, they will adapt their shelter to survive an earthquake, testing their final structures on a shake table!

After participating in this workshop, Juniors will have completed all requirements for Steps 1 & 2 of the Think Like an Engineer Journey (badge NOT included).
