Step into the world of Cadettes with a weekend designed to challenge, inspire, and show you what's possible! This special event is all about helping members transition into teen Girl Scouting while building confidence, friendships, and excitement for the adventures ahead.
Participants will choose their own experience by selecting one of three tracks:
High Adventure Track - take on exciting outdoor challenges and push your limits
Target Sports Track - test your focus and skills with activities like archery
Arts Track - dive into creativity through hands-on projects and large-scale collaborative art
No matter which track is chosen, every participant will earn their True North Award while exploring their values, leadership, and future goals. Everyone will also take part in classic camp fun like campfire and s'mores, field games, and tie-dye, plus hear directly from older Girl Scouts about the opportunities, travel, awards, leadership experiences, and adventures waiting for them as they begin their teen journey.
This event is designed to be both fun and meaningful-helping members discover what's ahead while giving caregivers confidence in the exciting path forward.
Participants will also have the chance to join our T-Shirt Design Contest! Submit your design through the Jotform link, please click here for a chance to have your artwork featured on the event shirt that every camper will receive.
Overnight Option:
Participants may choose to stay overnight, but a registered troop leader must stay with them and all Girl Scout safety ratios must be met (which may require multiple adults depending on group size).
Transportation:
Bus transportation will be available. Final accommodations and bus stop locations will be determined once registration gives us a better idea of who is attending and who plans to stay overnight. We will reach out separately to see who is interested.
