Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity that involves using either a handheld GPS device or an app on a smartphone to navigate to coordinates, where you then search to find hidden containers. This session is intended for those who have little or no experience with Geocaching, and will include a brief introduction to the basics of Geocaching before we head out to look for geocaches at camp. Handheld GPS devices will be provided for use during the session. Participants may register for both the beginner and intermediate level classes on the same day, if desired.
