About Camp

IMG_9034_Small

Girl Scouts Nation's Capital has eight beautiful camp properties available for Girl Scout troops to use at low or no cost. Troops can reserve campsites to visit for the day, stay overnight, or try a high adventure activity. Girl Scouts can also get outdoors by attending pre-planned camping events such as weekend core camps or activity days. Select weekends in the spring, summer, and fall are available for Service Unit Encampments. During the summer, Girl Scout Nation's Capital offers  sleepaway camp programs and day or evening camp programs for girls in grades K-12. Whatever way you choose to get outdoors, our camps are waiting!

COVID-19 Updates

Safety is a cornerstone of Girl Scouting. Girl Scouts Nation's Capital is continually updating our COVID-19 guidelines and safety procedures to decrease the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Current recommendations and safety precautions include group size restrictions, physical distancing both indoors and outdoors, masks indoors and when physical distancing is not possible outdoors, and specific recommendations for camping and outdoor events.

Visit  Girl Scouts at Home for fun outdoor-themed activities and resources.
