Complete the Girl Scout Program Request Form to schedule an onsite badge program for your troop. Virtual programs also available, upon request. Please submit program requests at least 4 weeks in advance.

Registration is $10/per Girl Scout participant and $5 for adults
Reservations are required for all Girl Scout groups. To request a private program, apply online or email. Specify virtual or in-person.
Programs include an interactive tour and a craft workshop.

The Smithsonian American Art Museum offers Girl Scout programs that meet requirements for Junior Girl Scout badges and Cadette interest project awards. Senior Scouts are invited to contact the Education Department directly with their proposals.
Girl Scout programs are offered October through May, last approximately 45 minutes, and are available free of charge. Reservations are accepted based on docent availability.
They are not currently offering in-person scout tours, but welcome scouts for interactive virtual Girl Scout programs which meet requirements for Junior Girl Scout badges and Cadette interest project awards.
Girl Scouts who complete any museum activity will receive a Smithsonian American Art Museum patch.
