Exciting Updates Across Council Offices
We’re thrilled to announce exciting changes taking place at several of our Council locations! From Washington, DC, to Germantown and Martinsburg, we’re renovating, relocating and improving our spaces to better serve our community. As we look ahead to the 2026 Girl Scout Convention, we’re excited to offer spaces that celebrate our legacy and future.
Reimagining our DC Office
Our DC office has been an important part of Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital for 25 years, supporting volunteers, members, caregivers, Council staff, and community partners. While we've made some updates over the years, we’re now ready for a big transformation. With a renewed lease for the next 10 years, we’re excited to start renovations in January 2025. During this time, the DC team will temporarily move to the fourth floor within the building, so all services will continue without interruption. Our Main Shop will remain open and ready to serve you, and Build-A-Bear workshops will continue as usual.
Germantown Office Moving Within the Same Office Complex
Our Germantown office and shop will move to a new location within the same office complex. Beginning February 1, you can visit us at 20251 Century Blvd., Suite 130, Germantown, MD 20874.

Martinsburg Office Improvements
We’re making improvements to our Martinsburg office to enhance the space. There will be no disruption to services, so feel free to stop by, meet the team, and check out the updates.
