Outdoor Art Badge with Hillwood Estates
Open to: Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes
Earn your Girl Scout Outdoor Art badge with art-making inspired by Hillwood's spectacular gardens. Meet botanical artist RJ Lucas and learn about how she gets inspiration from the outdoors, then stroll Hillwood's grounds to discover blooming flowers, lush gardens, and natural woodlands. Create your own nature-inspired art -- a pressed flower suncatcher -- featuring the colors, shapes, and patterns you find in Hillwood's gardens.

Girl Scout Day with the Terps

Rally the troops and get tickets for a game at SECU Stadium this football season! Special Girl Scout ticket includes a limited edition UMD Terps Patch and an exclusive post game photo on the field.

Trick or Treat Tote Bag Sewing Workshop with Cupcakes and Lace Studio
Open to: Juniors & Cadettes
Join us on a day when school is out and have sew much fun learning how to machine sew (and a little hand sewing too!) by making your own Trick or Treat themed tote bag!

The Big Build with the National Building Museum
Open to: Brownies & Juniors
The Big Build is a free hands-on community day that invites visitors of all ages to channel their inner builder and discover what it’s like to wear a hard hat, hammer a nail or drill a hole. Brownie and Junior Girl Scouts can earn their STEM Career Exploration badges by discovering the many career possibilities, speaking with professionals in STEM positions and imagining themselves in their dream jobs.

Democracy for Girl Scouts
Open to: All Levels
This event is intended to get our Girl Scouts involved and interested in our Presidential Election in the way that they can participate. We will be joined by various government officials and a representative for Election Protection. After the event, Girl Scouts will earn their Democracy for (Their Girl Scout level) badge, and Election Connection patch. Juniors will also earn their Inside the Government badge, and Seniors will also earn their Behind the Ballot badge.
