This award is perfect for older girls who have completed prior leadership experiences and are ready to take the lead in designing and delivering programming for a younger troop. With the guidance of an adult volunteer, VITs create and lead a series of engaging activities over four or more sessions—building skills in planning, teaching, communication, and mentorship along the way.
